Yesterday the Pound Ridge Democratic Committee welcomed our Congressman John Hall to a special gala event. The Congressman filled us in on his recent trip to Iraq as well as on developments in our own backyard, including the FAA situation. The Committee also honored Doris Seidlitz, a long-time Pound Ridge resident, businesswoman and community activist with the PRDC Lifetime Achievement Award.

Of course the most important issue on everyone’s mind was the upcoming Town elections. With only one week to go, volunteers are hitting the streets and the phones to get out the vote for our Democratic team.
